If Your Court Says No, You Get Your Money Back

We can't decide for your court — nobody can. So we put our fee on the line instead. If your certificate isn't accepted, you get 100% of the course fee back.

The guarantee

If your court, judge, probation officer or other referring agency does not accept your Good Standing Courses certificate, we refund 100% of the course fee you paid.

How to claim it

  1. Get the rejection in writing. An email or letter from the court, officer or agency saying they won't accept the certificate.
  2. Send it to us within 60 days of finishing the course, with the official's name and contact details (email or phone), to support@goodstandingcourses.com.
  3. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of confirming. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.

You don't need to send your case number. Black it out if it's on the rejection letter.

What's covered

  • The course type and number of hours match what your order or referral asked for.
  • You completed the course and received the certificate.
  • The rejection is about our course or certificate.

What's not covered

  • You bought a different course type or fewer hours than your order required. (Switch for free within 7 days instead — see below.)
  • The rejection is for reasons unrelated to our course — for example, you missed the court's deadline.
  • Programs we don't sell: Batterer Intervention Programs, domestic violence programs, DUI/DWI programs, Texas MIP/AEPM courses, or other courses that must come from a state-certified list.
  • Optional add-ons such as a mailed paper copy, once shipped.

Bought the wrong hours? Switch for free

Within 7 days of purchase, before you start the first lesson, you can switch to a different number of hours or to the other course. If the new class costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

Before you buy: ask first

The surest way to avoid a rejection is to ask before you enroll. Tell your officer the course name, the number of hours and our website, or send them our page for probation officers. At checkout you'll tick a box confirming you understand the final decision belongs to your court or agency.
