For Probation Officers, Courts and Case Managers

A client handed you one of our certificates, or asked whether our class will count. Here is what it proves, how to check it, and what it isn't.

A one-page syllabus for each course and length is available on request.

What it is not

  • Not therapy, counseling or a clinical evaluation. It's an educational, skills-based course.
  • Not a Batterer Intervention Program (BIP) or domestic violence program, and not a substitute for one.
  • Not a DUI/DWI program, a Texas MIP/AEPM course, or any program on a state-certified list.
  • Not "approved" by any state. Our courses are court-accepted in most jurisdictions; the decision is yours.

Progress before completion

Students can download a progress report at any time — hours logged of hours required, lessons completed with dates, quiz results, session log and expected completion date — and send it to you. Journal entries are private to the student and never included.

Privacy

We do not collect case numbers, court names, dates of birth or any details of the offense. If your court needs those on the certificate, the student types them into their own copy of the PDF. The verification page never shows them.

Frequently asked questions

Is the class live or self-paced?

Self-paced online. There's no live instructor. Time is tracked on our server and only active time counts.

Can a student finish 8 hours in 20 minutes?

No. The final test stays locked until the full number of hours has been logged, and idle time doesn't count.

Can I see a student's progress before they finish?

Yes — ask the student to download a progress report and send it to you. It shows hours logged, lessons completed and session dates.

Who wrote the curriculum?

Our team wrote it, using SAMHSA's public cognitive-behavioral anger management manual as the structural reference. It's an educational course and does not provide treatment.
